It was our first event of 10 as part of our anniversary celebrations and was a huge success. We would like to express our gratitude to the team at St Mary's Arts Centre for their support and to everyone who brought clothes, baked cakes or helped in some way.
Mosaic's events co-ordinator Gemma Rawlinson succeeded in attracting around 70 people to the event, through excellent publicity, including articles in the local papers and listings in various publications, including the Arts Centre magazine. Well done, Gem - a great testiment to your organisational skills.
Big thanks also to Rachael Bilby who secured the support of Monsoon, who kindly loaned us clothes rails and coathangers.
We're now preparing our next event, the Mosaic and Colchester Connected Media Masterclass in February - more on this to come later.
